Why It Helps
The large hood shades the rider from direct overhead sunlight and can make the open Major Elite seat feel less exposed.
A model-specific frame connection avoids promising universal-stroller fit or improvised attachment.
The hood provides the supporting shape required by the separately sold Maclaren Major Elite Rain Cover.
The rear viewing panel may help some caregivers see ahead, but the approximately 46 in installed height should be considered by shorter attendants.
Black and manufacturer-charcoal colorways coordinate with current Major Elite chair fashions; Capital Kidz labels charcoal as Gray.
