Look for the rewards offer on eligible product pages. Rewards are calculated on the final eligible merchandise amount you pay, after discounts. Gift cards, taxes, shipping, duties, fees, excluded merchandise, and cancelled or refunded value do not earn rewards.
Sale, clearance, Open Box, and purchases with another discount may earn a reduced rate under the applicable offer. Check the offer’s terms before choosing.
When can I use my rewards?
Rewards become available 24 hours after each qualifying item is confirmed delivered. Split shipments unlock separately.
If delivery information is missing or needs checking, those rewards stay pending while we review it.
Sign in using the same email as your order to view and use your available balance.
What are my points worth? Is there a minimum?
100 points = $1. For example, 2,500 available points = $25 toward eligible merchandise.
Minimum to redeem: $1 in rewards. You need at least 100 available points to redeem.
Minimum order amount: none. You do not need to spend a set amount to use rewards. Use up to your available balance and the eligible merchandise value; rewards cannot pay taxes, shipping or fees.
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Can I use rewards with another discount?
Unless a specific offer says otherwise, rewards cannot be combined with another discount code.
If a product offers a choice between savings now and rewards later, choose the offer that works best for you. The two offers cannot be combined.
What happens if I return something?
Returning the purchase that earned your rewards? You only keep those rewards if you keep the purchase.
Haven’t used them yet? We remove those rewards and process your return under our normal return policy.
Already spent them? The dollar value of the rewards you used is deducted from your refund for the original purchase, up to the amount otherwise refundable.
Here’s an example
You buy a $1,000 stroller and earn $200 in rewards. You use all $200 toward a car seat. If you return the stroller but keep the car seat, your stroller refund is $800.
$1,000 − $200 used = $800 refund
Illustrative amounts only. Taxes, shipping and other applicable return adjustments are not included. Our normal return policy still applies.
Returning an item you paid for with rewards? The part paid with rewards comes back as rewards—not cash. The part paid with money is refunded under our normal return policy.
Returning both purchases? We reconcile them together so the same rewards aren’t deducted twice. In the example above, returning both the stroller and car seat means the normal eligible $1,000 stroller payment is refunded and no rewards from that purchase remain.
For partial returns, rewards are recalculated based on the items you keep. Only the rewards attributable to the returned portion are removed or deducted.
