We offer free shipping to all addresses within the contiguous US. Unfortunately, we can't ship to PO box addresses. Please feel free to request a shipping quote to PR, HI, AK, GU, APO, and FPO.

Shipping Policy

Most orders received before 12:01 am EST usually ship the same business day. Most baby products ship from our Baltimore, MD warehouse. 

Same Day Shipping Availability

*If your order is placed after 12:01 am EST and you would like us to ship your order that same business day, please email us at service@capitalkidz.com with your order number. We'll do our best to ship your order that day. 

Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, please call us at 1-800-422-5439 and send an email to service@capitalkidz.com including your order number and the words “Cancellation Request” in the subject line. While a phone call is usually the fastest way to request a cancellation, an email is required to officially process your request.

Once tracking has been uploaded and the shipment has been processed, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled. 

If an order has already been shipped, customers must follow our return instructions by requesting a Return Authorization (RA) via email. Once approved, customers may choose to receive a discounted prepaid return label (the cost of which will be deducted from the refund) or arrange their own return shipping.

If a shipped order is refused at delivery, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you would like to return your item, simply email us at service@capitalkidz.com, and we'll provide you with return instructions. We gladly accept unused products — still in their original, undamaged packaging complete with all of its original parts— for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. 

Once your return request is approved, you may request to receive a discounted return shipping label from CapitalKidz. If you'd like us to schedule a FedEx pickup at your home, please let us know. We will email you a label and the cost of the discounted return shipping will be deducted from your refund. NO RESTOCKING FEES!

Your refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. We make every effort to process returns quickly, but occasionally it takes a bit longer. Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of your return for your refund to be issued. 

All items are inspected upon receipt at our warehouse. A restocking fee may apply ONLY if an item is returned in used or damaged condition or without the original packaging. A refund may be denied if an item is used and/or damaged.

• Redemption of rewards points is final. When returning or exchanging an item, previously redeemed rewards points are not added back to your rewards account. 
• Refunds can only be issued to the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
• If the item being returned was a gift, we can (a) refund the original credit card, (b) exchange it for a different item, or (c) issue store credit. 
• If the item you purchased is defective or missing parts, we will assist you with filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Claims of missing parts may not be eligible for return if the claim is determined to be fraudulent or false. 

All products sold by Capitalkidz are backed by a manufacturer’s warranty. By completing a purchase, customers agree that any defect or issue reported after the 30-day return window is not eligible for return or refund through Capitalkidz and must be handled directly through the manufacturer. We are always happy to assist in connecting customers with the appropriate manufacturer and helping facilitate the warranty claim process.
