Most orders received before 12:00 P.M. EST will usually ship the same business day. Most baby products ship from our Baltimore, MD warehouse.

Return Policy
All items sold as new must be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase and with all of their original packaging, parts, and paperwork, and please remember that returned items must be brand new and completely unused. Items that are sold as "open box" are returnable within 30 days from the date of purchase and must be returned in the same condition in which they were sold. If your item was shipped to you inside a shipping carton or bag, it must be returned in the same fashion. Once received, we will refund your payment in full. We do not offer free return shipping, however, we are happy to provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Items which are returned not in new condition or have been assembled or removed from their manufacturer's boxes may be subject to a restocking fee, or in some cases, may not be returnable. Items that are defective must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase once approved by our customer service personnel.
