Most orders received before 2:00 P.M. EST will usually ship the same business day. Most baby products ship from our Baltimore, MD warehouse.

Return Policy
All items must be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase and with all of their original packaging and please remember that returned items must be brand new and completely unused. If your item was shipped to you inside a shipping carton or bag, it must be returned in the same fashion. Once received, we will refund your payment in full. Items such as car seats, strollers and travel systems that are returned not in new condition or have been assembled or removed from their manufacturer's boxes may be subject to a restocking fee, or in some cases, may not be returnable. Items that are defective must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase once approved by our customer service personnel.
